Finally reinstalled my dual trd exhaust setup!

Yes, reinstalled, my mom was driving my car while I was in college so she had them removed and replaced with the stock muffler. I finally had it reinstalled, 2.5" inches split into 2.25" to each muffler.

Btw, does anyone else rock angle-tipped TRD mufflers? They seem to be a rarity around here.







What do you guys think?

2. too much "TRD" stuff in the back .. *ahem* leave the exhaust clean, just polish them to a nice gleam and it'll speak for itself and the owner much more than just the badge.

3. ... tail-lights are- idk, if you dig 'em then keep rockin' them.. but if you ever had a voice in yr head telling you to put the original tails on, that'd be me. LOL!

Really you dont like the altezzas? I know theyre over done, but I really dig the carbon fiber altezzas.

Yeah, I was thinking about taking off the badging, but I dunno if I can take it off from the mufflers.

^x3 with the altezzas and I'm not a fan of the red TRD logo on the tip they shoulda kept it gray instead but hey that's me. Anyways the look of the exhaust looks pretty sweet

kudos for taking on the dual exhaust challenge, its a rare feat. it looks like you did a nice job.

however, are you using a trd supercharger, trd lip kit, or anything trd? it just kinda cheezes up your ride when you plaster trd all over and the only trd parts you have are the stickers and the exhaust, which already has trd on it. just my honest opinion, trying to help you out down the road.

like the other guys said, gotta lose those taillights too. altezzas do not work on solaras.

I recently got some OBX shorty headers for my v6 Camry and am looking into some custom back piping and have been planning on getting dual exhaust mainly for aesthetics but also to help reduce noise w/o increasing back pressure.

I agree the TRD badging is a little much but I actually like the tail lights unlike everyone else. Now the euro tail lights for MY car... man those suck.

anyways i have a lot of trd on my car too.
i have the same badge and a trd rear plate frame, and small sticker on my front windshield.

Then again i have the s/c the rsb and the fsb.

Yay! Someone actually likes the altezzas! But yeah, I see what you guys mean on the badges. I do have the TRD rsb and fsb, but I can't justify spending $2500 for a s/c on a car whose value is only about double that. I'd might as well sell off the lara and buy a G35. I actually didnt think about the badging on the muffler until after I put on the window vinyl.

I used to be lowered on the eibach/tokico setup but that had also been removed by my mom, she totally castrated the car. However, the mufflers scraped coming out of driveways and such when I was still lowered.

You guys think I should take off just the window vinyl or take all the badging off? I would love to find a way to engrave the TRD logo on the muffler, or even just have it etched, rather than have those red eyesores on them.

P.S. Sorry if I confused anyone by "exhaust setup", it's only a couple of TRD mufflers with an extra pipe coming off the stock pipe to form the Y-pipe. The headers are also stock.
