ive been looking at the obx headers.... the pics show no cat, so is there another option or a little fab work has to be done?

Yea there is a great option for fab work and people have done it pics and posts at this link. Otherwise go JPP for $1600 and you get a cat. The Stickies are a good place to start as well.

just have a muffle shop make you a test pipe, where the cat goes, have them cut each end of the cats inlet & outlet a couple inches at each ens and have them weld flanges on the obx and cat, bolt it in and your done............. :drinking:

But then Oklahoma doesn't have inspections anymore. :D

^^ but then you have to deal with a check engine light. speaking from experience, it gets old staring at that damn orange light... passengers asking "did you know your check engine light is on?" not to mention it's brighter than the rest of my gauge cluster at night - i don't like bright gauges at night - messes with my night vision.

of course you can always hack it...

My ABS light has been on for about a year or two. lol.

i agree - i'd rather have the "problem" of no cat cured by making the computer think it has one, so that if other issues (knock sensors anyone?) come up, i'll know about it sooner rather than wondering why it's down on power or whatever. that way i know if the CEL comes back, there really is something going on.
