05 TSX vs. Gen.1 Solara

just wondering who would win a straight from dead stop drag race between an Acura TSX I-4 vs. Gen. 1 Solara V6.....

Well the I-4 lacks low end horse power, so depending on how far you run the v6 solara would probably have the upper hand. But it would be close. That K24A2 engine in the tsx is might powerful for a four banger

Sure Tracy. because TSX n I4 Solara = weak, ur V6 5speed own them all.

TSX = Civic, my friend owned a TSX 2005, stock gen1 auto Lara kick TSX. well if Acura TL, RSX, legend, etc. that would be different. The TL 3.2 typeS Vtech is scary, had a test drive at my friend's shop most of the TypeS from Acura is strong man, i cant believe, fell like Infiniti.

I think a stock v6 gen 1 will have trouble. The CL-S 6mt kicks ass it was my dads last car and it was much faster than both a gen 1 5pseed v6 lara and a gen 2 v6. The new 6mt v6 accord should not be messed with unless boosted.

New Accord is 50-60 Hp different to Solara, yes the new Accord should not be messed with, Toyota is fuked up with Power, but they sticked with last long and quality, they dont like power haahah they makes thing for old peoples, Honda Acura Infiniti = young peoples. thats why their cars = strong.

And between the two cars the solara has much much MUCH more torque and usable powerband throughout. From a dig the TSX Stands no chance
