I have 6000k headlights and 8000k foglights. Do what you want to do... I honestly want a higher kelvin bulb for my foglights I just dont know how high I want to go.. I was thinking 10000k or 12000k

A quick search would have given all the info you need this has been covered many times. 4300k to 6000k is the usable range.

i had 8k for my headlights when i first bought my gen2. looked nice but visibility sucked ass. i now have 6k and love them. 12k hid's would look nice on a white or black car but visibility would be at its lowest output with the lights. might not be so bad if you had projectors also.

i got 12000k and thier fine., but I got them to be deep blue so its not that bad

6k is white white white
8k is bluish but the output is gonna be verrryy disapointing..

get the bi-xneon in order to have low and high beam as xenon.
