thats a very deceptive question.

Are u asking which one will put out more light? or which looks better?

IF its the former, than, the lower kelvin rating = more output.

as for which looks better...i find higher kelvin temps to be...tacky.

WHICH bulb looks better is a matter of opinion...

My personal taste is 6000K. Its the best combination of proper light ouput and nice colour.

i did this same poll a couple of months ago with more color options... go check out the results.

i have 6000k for my headlights and 3000k for fogs... im thinking of going for 6000k for the fogs, but i dont want to go through the head acke of changing them.

i dont like the looks of yellow tinted fogs on dark cars

I do. :D

Anyways, I was planning on getting HIDs too. I feel 8000k is a bit ricey IMO. I would shoot for 6000k.

I have 6000K as well. I like the diamond white look with a slight blue hue. As for my fogs Im prolly gona go with 8000K to get a little more blue than my headlights.
It all depends on what you want. If you want blueish headlights go with 8000K, but if you want better light go with 6000K.

I have 6000K in my fogs right now.....BUT....I dont really like using them anymore since I did my projector retrofit (they wreck the cutoff)....I was thinking of doing yellow halogen fogs.

I can tell you that without a retrofit, 6000K in the headlights, and fogs looks real nice.

i agree. 4300 all the way. even 6k is too blue for me. 8k = glare city and everyone will be flashing you. beyond that and it's just obnoxious.
