How many miles will I get when the fuel indicator hits E?

It was on E today, and I know I've driven 5 miles with it on E before. How many miles will I get with it on E before I actually run out of gas? Fortunately, I haven't run out yet. I'm thinking about 10 miles, is that accurate?

I've gone 25 miles before without running out. It was well below the E, too.

ive gone 45 with the needle barely past E.
I dont recomend it though, you can damage your fuel pump running it out of gas.

Once the needle is directly on E, you have approxamatly 1.5 gallons remaining as reserve...I wouldn't drive on E too often though, you will clog up your fuel filter with all the trash from the bottom of your tank :/
