(I think the Limited Slip front CV joints, tranny kit (valved, etc...), CP-e, exhaust (TRD, etc...), suspension front/rear, JP headers and dialed in correctly, you'd still struggle to grab a very big chirp into third (on good rubber), but it would definitely be a strong, authoritative running 'lara! ...and very satisfying overall.)

I think it would be "gruntier" than a earlier TL's performance, perhaps on par in acceleration through most of early triple digits, but that's about our limit without a blow.

Hmmm... a few of us aren't THAT far off that mix! :wink:

Has ANYONE done the front LSD units?

Quick question Jeff or anyone,
Would buying the tuneable CP-e be the same as buying a non-tunable and a using the URD MAF sensor calibrator(which is tuneable)??? Hoping you or anyone might know...

This is an interesting question! I'm assuming the URD MAF simply "replaces" the stock MAF and has "compensation" adjustability IN the MAF unit?

The logic walks...

Any links on the URD MAF while we're talking about it?

I've spoken with Brian from urd and he says they do have maps applicable for our models, just not listed and to clarify when ordering so the correct ones can be loaded. Tempting... becuase I might get this while saving for a CP-e to take advantage of the injen already installed.

Not sure - my CP-e MAF box in sitting in a cardboard box somewhere in storage right now... I'm running a custom Split Second box currently - but word is they're only going to do one-offs for people now - which require going to SS in Santa Ana, CA -so you're better off with your own tune setup.

Don't hold me to it but I think the tunable CPE unit will does the same thing with the MAF that the URD unit does.

I don't know about the URD but I can assure you that the CP-e won't stop the CELs.

Jeff, do you know if that's due to the a/f needs EXCEEDING the CP-e offset range capability or because OTHER sensors (O2, etc...) are the trigger, and some ALTERNATE CELL mitigation is needed?

In other words, does the CP-e have the ability to be adequate a/f wise with SIMS etc.. for the O2 sensors?

Not a clue - might wanna check with the CP-e guys... both JP & SS tried to get it to work and couldn't - hence the custom box they built me and we tested for 8 months+ run time.

Last tune they gave me without changing any sensors or sims - no CELs in several months and thousands of miles.

Just got off the phone with URD.
Coming some time this week are:
Dual channel rear O2 simulator and MAF sensor calibrator.

Also coming my way is Dude's CP-e. (Thanks Crisp for passing up!)
Its not the tuneable version and since PXL experienced difficulties getting rid of cel's with it I decided to give the URD MAF unit a try.

I hope to have all three installed by the weekend!
