Clamping Springs

Clamping Springs

Postby Nitin » Sun Oct 19, 2008 1:43 am

I was thinking of clamping my springs to get my 04 solara get lowered on the OEM wheels?

I just want to see if it will make it look better, but other than that are there any cons of clamping springs/ irrevisble damages or bad ride?

I was going to lower it with some trd springs but my money for my solara took another direction and im desperate to my solara look better.
What do you guys think of clamping other than getting lowering springs?

Clamping your springs stictly to see how the car COULD look could make sense i suppose...

Driving a car with clamped springs would be nuts.
+1 on the TRD springs

Common guys this is a joke no one would consider something that stupid just to make the car lower based on looks alone.
