PRICE DROP!

I bought this with the original group buy. I was waiting to assemble a full exhaust before I put this on. Now that I have a supercharger I went with the JPP exhaust so I no longer need this. Therefore it is Brand New. First $200 to danwags999@gmail.com takes it! I will not ship outside the US.

Just putting this on here for anyone who is going to get this, it will need to be fixed to fit onto ur car. The flex pipe needs to be moved closer to the flange. Thats the only thing it needs....

otherwise, this ypipe rocks!

This pipe is totally worth the rework. When you get it done have the pipe after the flex moved in front of the flex and angled down slightly.

I live in Ohio.

Like Dawgz and Midias said the flex pipe needs to be moved, but it's nothing your local exhaust shop couldn't handle. And from what I've read in the original group buy thread, pretty cheap too.

To properly cut, extend, and reweld this, at a reputable shop, with a TIG welder (specifically for stainless steel), so it will not rust, expect to pay $100-150. TIG welds are not cheap, so make sure you take it to someone that knows what they're doing. Dawgz can tell you what one looks like when someone doesn't take it to the right shop to get fixed. It's not pretty.

^^^^

TIG or MIG is fine as long as they use either 309 stainless filler or stainless wire. But for tig the have to use argon gas and mig has to be tri-mix gas. An experienced welded can do a wonderful job with both. I think I paid 100 to have mine done and I made sure they used 309L filler and polished the inside of the welds for flow.

I beleived I have one on the flex section of the y pipe ....I did buy it used after a year and had it in storage for another 3-4 months before actually installing it ...its not noticible but I need an exhaust shop to check it out just in case ...maybe its ok and my issue is something else but going to get it checked anyways

I aswell just got a leak in the flex section :(. Midias you have any of those for sale? I've looked into the dat pipe, but I need to weld on a cat aswell? If I want one of course. I asked a locla shop and they want $250 for a cat and $80 labour to weld it on. Seems steep to me.

I am not sure why you want to weld a cat to it I personally would rather get a universal one attach some flanges and call it a day. The whole high flow universal cat blank runs about 50 for uber cheap to about 100 for a nice stainless metal core. I personally am trying out a cheap stainless thunder bolt cat LINK and I have had no problems yet using a single antifowler over my O2 sensor. I really need to crawl under there and just put in the o2 sensor alone to see if it sets off my CEL but I had an inspection recently so I could not deal with a CEL right about now.

Here she is attached to my Y pipe via a flange.

As for flex I currently dont have any in my possession but they are cheap and all over ebay and performance shops.

Thanks for the info, Clears a few things up. If I were to buy this pipe from him (p.s. sorry to thread jack) and get a cat with flanges, would it bolt up to my stock cat back? I'm not really looking to replace that. I'm mostly trying to avoid the $500 for a new stock ypipe. I was told by the shop that they can't cut my flex section out and weld a new one on easily.

NVM* No shipping to Canada, my mistake
