WANTED: V6 primary catalytic converter

Topic says it all. If anyone has done a full exhaust on their ride and has a primary cat laying around that they'd like to get rid of, let me know! The lower the mileage the better, of course, but I'm mainly interested in the condition of the honeycomb, so if you can provide a photo of your cat with intact honeycomb on both ends, I'm going to be very interested. :)

Must be off of a V6!

I don't often remember to check here, but you can find me the following ways:

AIM: conorpsr
Yahoo: conorpsr
MSN: conorpsr@yahoo.com

Thanks!

Right, sorry. Willing to pay over $100 if someone has a cat in good shape they're willing to part with. That's more than what the junk man will pay..

Yep, just the cat. Don't want the Y-pipe section. I'm in California.

the honeycomb is intact...but the thing is, the cat is a piece of the ypipe. Id have to cut it off the ypipe...would that be a problem for u?

That would be preferred. I don't need the y-pipe part at all. :)

I'm near Sacramento. Shipping should be cheap if you're willing to cut it off the y-pipe..

^^ Have you considered getting a universal cali spec cat with a universal flange and making your own?

Yes, but most of those are absolute garbage. I've got one on there now that isn't doing the job. It's tough to beat an OEM cat at cleanliness! I'm trying to avoid raping myself at the dealer...
