I received his email from the other forum.

As for this happening I will not know til later tonight. Last time I promised him 20 buyers and only came up with 13/14 I think and he lost a lot of money in the end from our mishaps. If he does not get enough buyer on this one he will not profit enough and all. I will keep you posted. I am trying my best to keep it alive.

You at most will gain 1 or 2 hp on a fully tuned car.

i woulda thought atleast 5whp....

but either way, even if it was to give me 20whp (just for arguements sake) i wouldnt risk 5g's AND impoundment of the whip....but hey thats just me.

Just thought I would post this up from my friends integra forum the dyno was taken on an integra type R Looks like y0ou get an extra 1.5 hp but you get a loss of tq.

Aftermarket High Flow Cats Versus Testpipes On A Daily Driver:

Comparing a 2.5 in. testpipe (RED) to a 2.5 in. Carsound cat (BLUE) in the same ITR ( 1.8L B18C5 ) with a CAI, Toda B cams, an SMSP 4-2-1 long hybrid header (2.5 in. OD collector), and SMSP 2.5 in. OD exhaust, Apex Power FC fuel tuning

So if this y-pipe gets us only 1.5 hp, why do people say the stock y-pipe is so bad?

My bad~ I tend to forget important things... You said you got from 166whp to 200whp, but then I remembered you had a supercharger... did anyone without a supercharger put this on and dynoed? or felt a great difference?

I'll take in on this for $250 shipped! So this'll only fit fed spec headers right? How would I be able to tell the difference on my 1MZ on a '97 Camry
