Tile nippers? Get some channel lock pliers or vice grips.

ok so update.

I put on TB spacer. BUT
its only held on by the top 2 bolts but its very very tight.

i started it and it makes a high pitch whine sound and the RPM seema lil lower and when I gas it a lil bit it makes that whine sound, and it almost sounds like its cammed, whats the deal? safe to drive like this? or no?

Mine makes a whistle sound if I hold the throttle in the right place but I would work on getting those 2 bolts out or at least soak them in pb blaster overnight.

yeah dude to that CEL as well as my inability to get those bottom two bolts off I am scrapping the project and am putting the TB spacer up for sale.

Thanks Midias and THatVietGuy, Craig, and John for their help.

believe me I did. I nearly stripped those bottom two screws AND cracked my TB edge area (top part area where the top 2 bolts screw in). I think that was more than enough. actually broke off the top right side. I'm done with this .
