That's cool. I thought I was the only one. Has anyone out there that has lowered their Soo-lara have any suggestions/comments on ride quality and handling before and after installment?

the hiss im talking about is at low rpm.. 1500-3000rpm or so, and yeah it does sound like its squeezing outta somewhere, but its all good all the tightening in the world wont get rid of it, besides some ppl think its a small turbo spooling up lol

Hey! It's cool seeing another Absolutely Red with the lip kit here. I feel like we're few and far between.

I actually saw a red 2007 SE Sport last month. It looked good too! Not as good as ours, though. The fangs were tamed down in 2007. I like the big fangs.

I also agree that you should go with the JPP Headers and a muffler.

Get a cp-e intake and the hissing will "go away"

there are many gen2's lowered on this site. all you have to do is search. i am lowered myself and ride quality has gotten a bit "harsher" but handling wise has stepped up. if your going to lower consider the TRD rear sway bar. one of the best upgrades you can do to our gen2.

No the hissing just turns into a loud "sucking" sound as it quickly removes the oxygen from all the cars around you!

With all of the suggestions, I think I'll go out an buy 2 more Ssssss-olaras. (Sssss for the hissing snake under the hood) Beware of the RED EYE baby. :evilbat:

I think I will get the TRD muffler for now and possibly a TRD rear sway. I will finally be getting my windows tinted Mon. I found a spot in Columbia, MD that will do it for $99.00. Any other spots in MD cheaper?
