How much whp am i suppose to have stock?

lets see, toyota advertized, 200hp, with an auto tranny thats what...150 or 160whp? on the OLD SAE ratings rite?

im pulling 174whp with 185 torque rite now...with the new SAE standards...with a 3.2" pulley which reads on my boost gauge as 3psi usually... i originally thought it was 3-4psi, i was wrong.

so what am i missing from where im suppose to be with the mods i have? What numbers should i be cranking out?

how do u make that judgement? it looks like the stock ypipe design, all i care for is the headers.

All quality header and y-pipe configurations must be of equal lengths.
To get maximum gains.

what do u mean of equal lenghts? Whats wrong with the design of these headers? they look similar to the stock ones.

all im looking to do is bypass the pre-cats

If you know about the dynamics of airflow, then merely dumping a pipe into another doesn't increase flow. The reason there is a U-turn in the OEM Y's is because it helps increase the velocity of the flow of exhaust and it enters the stream from the other 3 cylinders at the same rate. Otherwise, it can either slow down the airflow or cause uneven back-pressure between the two sets of headers.

Dawgs i think something else is stopping you from making power. not your precats.. maybe it is the cats maybe not.. But like Dats stated stop through after market parts on and find out how your car runs and all of its problems before creating more problems and headaches . as well as shelling out a lot of cash ..it seams like everyday you have a new thread up about problems about your S/C.. thats cool and all but i think you need to sit down with your car and figure everything out and do basic checks that other stated on your threads before
