i'm trying to find the TRD equvalent muffler; was it made by borla?

it is a borla stainless steel muffler straight through design center in center out.

can anyone provide a link to these Borla exhuast for our solara? i went to their main site.. it said it didnt have any products for our cars? :drinking:

and since im new to this site.. is there a seperate page where members post video/sound clips of their exhaust? im looking at TRD/Borla in hopes of finding "not crazy ass loud exhuast".. more of a G35 sound level if possible

I did this video clip some time ago on my Gen2. Yes, the sound will be different but close enough for your question. Mine is TRD exhaust and Injen intake. (You'll hear the intake on the interior part of the flik.)

Borla made the Gen2 muffler as well. By no means is it Ricey or sounds like a Honda fitted with a Kazoo on the tailpipe.

It is made by borla and sold under the TRD name so if you want one from borla you have to get their universal one and attach it.

PhreakdOut, did you ever get a chance to dyno the Solara with the TRD muffler installed? I always wondered how many horsepower is added with that TRD muffler.

You shoudl hear it after adding 2.5 inch piping and a highflow cat and resonator.
