Did you try dry ice? It works really well on any dent that doesn't involve a crease and won't damage your paint.
In case you've never heard of the old 'shade tree dent remover' trick, turn your car so the sun is shining on the dent. Apply dry ice to the dent and hold it there (with gloves of course) until you can see frost on the area at least an inch from the dent in all directions. Remove the ice and wait. Usually you can watch the dent disappear, occasionally you have to give it a second dose.
I've removed lots of parking lot dings from doors that way, even dents from motorcycle gas tanks.
