i will be pulling the motor in my 99 solara out this weekend to put in a rear main seal. It has 133000 miles on it and i was wondering if anyone know what else i should replace since the motor will be out and it will be easy to do? Any suggestions would be great!

not sure if it is manual or auto but if it was manual I would change the clutch. If it is a V6 I would check the rear head and change any gaskets that look old. Finally while it is out change all 6 plugs because they can be a bitch on the V6.

Edit

If your timing belt has 130k on it change that as well with a new water pump.

Why are you pulling the motor to do the rear main? I was able the do the job on my Celica w/o pulling it. Like Midas said it you're doing a manual go ahead and do the clutch. Same deal with the timing belt / water pump you can do it in the car. Heh. If I had the whole motor out of a car, it would be getting a rebuild, but I wouldn’t want to be jacking around pulling a motor for anything less.
Let's just pretend I didn't grow up, or you're going to be terribly disappointed.
