Yeah, the car runs pretty good. I have recently done quite a bit of maintenance on it. Through my efforts, I have gotten back about 20 Hp, 14 ft-lbs of torque and about 4 mpg, that had been lost due to age. It is much more drivable. However, I checked on the fuel injector cleaning and it seems to me that the injectors are a wearable part. You can clean all the gunk out, but you can't get back the surfaces that have been worn due to use. Despite all my efforts, I still notice some flat spots in my acceleration curve and I have checked out just about every system in the car to alleviate that and it still persists. It's not super noticeable, but it is there.
Anyway, if it's only about $300.00, I don't mind doing it, but if it's like $200.00 each, forget it.
So the question still stands. Does anyone know if these injectors are any good?
