For a I4 intake, this may help you out, but check the numbers and what not. It says it will fit a 4cyl 99 Solara so if yours is a gen 1 it should work but do the research.

For your exhaust, what do you want? Do you want a full exhaust, cat back, or axle back. If you have a I4 it would be in your best interest to not buy a 3 inch exhaust which is mainly on the market. The only other options you really have for 2.5inch is Megan cat back exhaust. You can take any muffler and make your self an axle back exhaust. With that said you can also use Midias’s experience and follow his post on making your own exhaust.

For springs, they come and go on the for sale section. I think LatinUSMC may have some TRD Springs, give him a pm. Otherwise do a search on the for sale section for springs or struts. You can also go new, where you have many options.
