What would be the best way to transfer all my engines horsepower to my wheels.

I need all possible way to do this, every aspect possible, the more options I get the better for me to choose

I mean the 3mz puts out about 225hp, so I wann get all of that to the wheels, and I'm not talking about adding more horsepower because then that would mean that I still have a higher output then what is getting to my wheels, I want all my engine power going to my wheels, mods, memebers, anyone with sensible ideas, your imputs are needed

say whaaaaaaaa... no matter what you do your going to have a loss of hp going from the motor threw the drivetrain to the wheels.. not to be a jerk or anything but if it was possible to have no drivetrain hp loss dont you think toyota would have been using that design by now?

Brake Horsepower (BHP) is taken on an engine dynomometer where there is no drive train loss or loss due to belt driven accessories. (Alternator, water pump, a/c ... etc.)

Since the Solara is no race car and it appears that your engine knowledge is at an enthusiast level, I recommend you just be happy with what you have. The 3MZ is plenty fine with power for it's class of car.

Seriously here are the basics they may not get you much but here they are.

Smaller rims, Disable AC by removing the belt, Crank pulley and anything to reduce rotational mass in the transmission such as light weight flywheel.
