I havent had a chance to order a new intake yet so I did what some other members have already done in the past. Just thought I'd share pics and my opinion on it. I didnt think it made a big difference at first but honestly the car feels a lot better without the resonator...damn i need an intake already lol

K&N from the local AutoZone! About $50~$60 bucks! (filter only... of course!)

Several discussions about that option are captured there for reference...

GOOD LUCK with your choice!

really? u know i always see people here talking about cp-e but didnt even bother to ask what intake it was because i figured it was basically a standard one like the injen lmao...this is very impressiive and tempting. how is it tuneable though? i see it has the new sensor...is this how why its considered tuned?

I was reading that post, how do you know if your air filter is too dry??

And did anyone come to a conclusion as to if the Injen would benefit from a bigger air filter (4cyl engine)

Here is the deal CPE gives the most power NA. For forced induction injen and OBX are the same except OBX is 200 dollars cheaper. So if no supercharger or turbo is in you future CPE is the way to go trust me I have had them all installed at one point.
