for what engine?
spark plugs: Denso Iridium

wires: oem is good enough, i dont think you can feel much difference. but if you insist, i heard Nology is good

Ground wires: make your own with stereo power cables, i am not sure if there is a kit for solara

battery: according to consumer report, costco kirkland brand is the best bang for the bucks. other peopel used optima. i heard some good review from voltpreak battery, which is only 3lb. http://www.voltphreaks.com/

alternator, i have no clue. do you have upgraded stereo?

as for the alternater, i believe that the sienna or tundra 180amp is a direct bolt on fit for our rides. hit the search function to double check what years and model, and then hit the junk yard to pick on up cheaper

Magnecors or the NGKs spark plug wires are the only ones i know of that they make for the solara. I cant really tell the difference in performance though.

As for ground wires, if you do a search theres a lot of different opinions.
There are some universal kits out there. And some say its not worth it and do it themselves. They just buy the same kind of wire found in those kits.

As for alternators, what are the advantages of having those alternators?

Their prices are not bad but the highlander alternator is comparable and half the price.
