I want to upgrade my spark plugs, spark plug wires, alternator & distributor cap...any recommendations on which brand works best for Gen 1.5 Solara SLE V6's?

Thanks,

You do not have a distributer cap or a distributer. If you need more juice for an alternator get a highlander alt from a 2001 and for wires NGK are a good choice but magnacore are better and 2x more expensive. Plugs get NGK or denso only never get bosch NGK iridium IX are a good choice and can last close to 100k miles.
