Just saw this on e-bay. Can't say that I ever knew OBX made an intake. What do you think?

Never heard of it. It must be really rare, and not a bad price either. I wonder if the diameter is 2.75 or 3 inch? If it was the correct size required for the maf to function proerly (2.75in), I would be all over this. Not a bad deal

Looked like 2.75 perpect for Solara with the dum MAF sensor correctively detects, but this one is for Camry i think and all V6 Cam 3.0L MAF is 2.75 ?

The MAF will function correctly inside a larger tube with SAFC adjustments. I was running a stock MAF in a 3.5" tube with great success.

Well I bought it last Friday. I ended up getting it for $75.00 shipped. I looked at the OBX website, I couldn't find this particualr one but all the other intakes were $125.00 plus shipping. It is supposed to be in this Friday. I'll more than likely get it installed this weekend. I'll post my impresions and some pics.

OK I got it in Friday and put it on Friday night. Obviously installation was pretty easy. Looks good, however I might get some different tubing because the ones that were sent with it are bright yellow. Not really my style. Anyway, took it for a spin after the install and it sounds really good especially after 4,500 rpm's. Overall I am very happy with it.

The guy told me 3.0in tube is good at 5000-6000 /RPM, and it shouldnt get a CEL on after awhile, the sound ofcourse great with 3.0in on 6Cyl up he said, hes the guy that i ordered the Injen from, really nice guy though, unfortunately when i was at his shop, i forgot to bring my cheap Intake that i bought, so he couldnt help out.

Good luck n enjoy ur intake, tell us if u get a CEL Check-Engine light, a pic could be cool if u have time.

Midias: The pide diametre looked like 2.75in to me same as the Injen i think, didnt he show the pic at his 1st post ?

The pipe diameter is 2.75. No CEL's as of yet. I'll post some pics hopefully this afternoon. I was thinking that I might just use the factory tubing and connectors since they are balck and not the yellow that I was sent. I am currently using two of the three factory tubes. I was going to use all three but one of them was craked. I think I might replace the coupler that connects the intake to the throttle body with the factory one as well. It was in really good shape and I can't say it enough that I don't like the yellow.
