the answer is not much, even if there were hp gains it would be little.

What Gen Solara do you have? or what Toyota do you drive?

No its not stupid. I am beginning to think you are stupid. Search is put there for a reason. Use it. This forum has been around for a while. I have gotten many answers from the searches before, It saves me the trouble of having to type up a new thread.

D4008,

In general with TRD mufflers there is very little gain. It's done for appearance and for sound. The exhaust on the Solara is the exact same part number as the one used on the Camry. The Camry, being a family car, has very quiet OE exhaust tuning. TRD ads will say 10% Hp gain, but realistically that number is around 3-5Hp.

Since the Solara is not a track car, you probably are not concerned with horsepower figures. This car will never be fast, so just enjoy it for what it is. A comfortable, sporty two door coupe with reliable quality.

(By the way, Go Eagles! I assume you are an Eastern Michigan student.)
