Hello everyone, I just bought a 99 Toyota Solara SE TRD Stage 3 without ground effects. I'm pretty sure it's Stage 3 from what little I know of toyotas and TRD... Supercharged 3.0 V6, front tower brace, rear sway bar, struts, lowering springs, bigger brakes, (catback or muffler?) exhaust, short throw 5 speed.

I don't know much about toyotas but I have lots of knowelage on DSMs...420a and 4g63t. I'm willing and ready to learn about what I can and cannot do with a Solara.

So far I've learned on ToyotaNation that the V6 can only handle 6psi safely... 7psi and the engine internals cannot handle it. The boost is electronically controled.

One other thing... I cannot see any pics? everything is a red X... is there construction going on?

where many hate, few will love,
But for those who love,
they'll see what it's like to live.

Nice enjoy the solara and the quality engine. As many of my DSM owners friends say "Change your oil every 3000 miles or every time you blow your engine what ever comes first" :)

Well the orgional owner of the car found me here! HAHA I love the internet.

Here's the mods he said are done:
99 DWP SC Solara 4psi, 5-speed trd short-shifter, 305 injectors, jim's fuel upgrade, denso iK22, 190lph walbro fuel pump, split second fuel calibrator, upgraded 170 thermo, greddy catback.

It's good to know the owners and know what all has been done.
