1. whomever you bought the car from probably cleared the CEL codes right before you bought it.
take it to autozone and have them pull the codes out. that's the only way to know for sure what's going on. also, make sure it's nothing serious, because you would probably still be covered under the lemon law (if the guy who sold it to you was trying to pull a fast one)....just so you know, you can clear the code by unhooking the neg terminal of the battery for 10 minutes, and then it'll not have a CEL light anymore (until you drive about 75 miles), which, if this is what he did, sounds real shady.
2. the Trac Off light coming on is a 'redundant' warning light. it keeps your trac disabled and serves as a constant reminder that you need to fix your car. it's not necessarily an indicator of a separate problem (i've had my CEL and Trac Off light lit for over a year now....for me it's CEL code P0135 oxygen sensor failure, but i just haven't changed it).
3. renova made a grill, but it's out of production (they pop up around here every now and again). sarona (?) makes a grill, PM Lee337 and ask him about it. he just ordered one to fix his front end, i believe, and he would know the specifics on finding one.
4. any questions about aftermarket parts should be asked, only after reading this thread
