1. whomever you bought the car from probably cleared the CEL codes right before you bought it.
take it to autozone and have them pull the codes out. that's the only way to know for sure what's going on. also, make sure it's nothing serious, because you would probably still be covered under the lemon law (if the guy who sold it to you was trying to pull a fast one)....just so you know, you can clear the code by unhooking the neg terminal of the battery for 10 minutes, and then it'll not have a CEL light anymore (until you drive about 75 miles), which, if this is what he did, sounds real shady.

2. the Trac Off light coming on is a 'redundant' warning light. it keeps your trac disabled and serves as a constant reminder that you need to fix your car. it's not necessarily an indicator of a separate problem (i've had my CEL and Trac Off light lit for over a year now....for me it's CEL code P0135 oxygen sensor failure, but i just haven't changed it).

3. renova made a grill, but it's out of production (they pop up around here every now and again). sarona (?) makes a grill, PM Lee337 and ask him about it. he just ordered one to fix his front end, i believe, and he would know the specifics on finding one.

4. any questions about aftermarket parts should be asked, only after reading this thread http://www.solaraguy.com/viewtopic.php?t=37723

5. welcome to sg

:evilbat: Welcome to SG :evilbat:

Congrats on the Gen 1!!! Its my fav Gen of all the Solara's. 8)

There should be a code list on here somewhere. Im not familiar with the taction control probs on an SLE, I have an SE. As for a grill, like everybody said Renova isnt making them anymore. We are setting up a massive phone call day to bug the sh!t outta Renova for them to make some. I have the Sarona grill. It wasnt cheap, but its the closest thing to Renova. I got it at www.ilovebodykits.com

There is a buttload of info on here, all ya gotta do is search for it. :)

*pics of my grill can be found by clicking on Front-end-rebuild below my sig*

Sorry I am not close with my code reader but they can be picked up for about $20-30 on ebay or harborfreight. Good luck on the custom exhaust I am a big fan of doing it your self. This thread might help you
