Whats the best type of oil to use in a car with 120k miles?
also should i mix it with alittle lucas?

You talking about Lucas Oil Stabilizer? That stuff raises oil pressure and viscosity. It worked good on my 94 Ford Taurus (sold at 140k miles), but remember its takes some of the energy efficient properties out of oil you will use.

Well I have been using Valvoline Max Life 5w-30 and pure one filters with 3K oil changes sense 90K miles and now at 160K I am still happy and going strong and I don't even burn oil.
