Need some tune up tips

Need some tune up tips

I have had the car for 2 years and 40,000 miles later I need to give it a good tune up. It's the 2.2 4-cylinder engine. I have only changed the oil and air filter at regular intervals. What should I replace on the engine at 82000 miles?

I am not sure what the manual says but I would say it is about time for new plugs, fuel filter, timing belt / waterpump, coolant flush and a tranny flush.
