WHP is wheel horsepower. You will not make 168 with exhaust, headers and intake. Assuming the auto tranny has around 15-20% drivetrain loss that would mean that you have around 200-210hp at the crank.
Coming from 157 stock that is not going to happen.
Honeslty, 168 at the crank is more realistic.
As Xravexboix said, numbers that you see are inflated. Base your decisions on either real dyno charts (which keep all things constant between runs) and/or other peoples opinions on the forum.
Also, its difficult to get a supercharged v6 1mz over 300hp, so its going to be very hard to get your i4 over 300hp
