bha hahahahaha

The choice has been made for you already. 6x9's go in the front and 6.5's go in the back

The 6.5 vs 6x9 thing has been debated for a long time. 6x9's are decent if your looking for more bass but have horrible tonal response and blow very quickly. A 6.5 wont give you as much bass (less woofer area) but gives you a lot more tonal response, aka sounds better. A round speaker moves better and takes less power to move it. If you arent looking at having subs and arent as picky about sound quality then go with the 6x9's but otherwise stick with the 6.5's. I have a 99 and I put 6.5's in the rear 6x9 location b/c I hate 6x9's soo much.

i put component 6x9s front and rear... if you rig a nice deck and some thump in the trunk, the his and mids sound so nice.

Puting a coaxial of any kind up front is the worst idea I have ever heard. Comps for the front, always. If you are looking for a certain sound to your speakers (aka more bass, softer trebble) shop around for different brands, there are infinitely too many variables to say a 6x9 will have a distinctly different tone than a set of 6.5 comps. Coaxials are inherenely inferior to components.
Nascar would be a sport if half the cars were driving the other direction.

so get 6x9 components.

?? You can fit a set of comps in the space for the 6x9s w/ an adapter, but there is no such thing as 6x9 components as far as I know.
