Whats your opinion on this system? How do you think it will sound? (Im in the process of completing it)

alpine 9815 reciever/cd/mp3 player
infinity kappas 63.5i 3 ways in the front
infinity kappas 693.5i 3 ways in the rear
1- rockford fosgate power series 500W x1 ( 1000W x 1 at 2 ohms)
2 - 10" audiobahn flame q subs ( they're 900W RMS)

right now I have the the kappas and the reciever, a kicker amp and 2 10" infinity refrences.. but now Im an addict.. and I want MORE!!! the subs should be here monday and the amp sometime before friday. Now, I'll just need a bigger capacitor, equalizer........

cd player is decent
speakers are okay, but why not get components for the fronts? and a small amp to push them?

amp is decent
subs are crap, the amp is definately enough power for them though

problems? not really
audiobahn subs do not handle the power they claim too
the sq isn't good
spl is decent

but i'm sure you'll be happy with them, and that's what matters

basically, i'm sure u could've got something better with the amount u spent

Image ok well heres the subs- finally got around to taking some pics. Ive decided to change - going to put an amp to each speaker -why? because i can i suppose. i figure 1000 W to each should be nice. too bad pictures cant make you hear how nice they are. Now I just need help figuring where to put 2 amps!!

Lookin sharp. What I did was have a carpetted MDF board put behind the rear seats vertically, and have my amp attached to that facing the cabin. So its behind the sub box from the trunk view. When you lower the rear seats from the cabin, you can see the amp on its board.

I mounted my pair of PC 2600's vertically in the fender wells and then made a trim plate so they look flush mount.

Perhaps... it is a bit snug with just one Soundstream Picasso 1400.1 on my amp board behind the rear seat. I'd imagine that 2 amps and whatever else would need more room. and a bit more ventilation. I think it gets a little hot with just my one amp running back there.
