Postby retarded » Wed May 05, 2004 5:23 pm

sup guys im going to install some 6x9 infiniti kappas on my front deck speakers in my 04 solara. I'm not sure if i should go all around infiniti and put some on my rear as well because ive heard that the trebble is really bright. Any opinions for my rear speakers? and a good amp to power these speakers?

i have infinity kappas all the way around. it really depends on what kind of music you listen to. i love my infinity speakers. they sound great. as far as the amp goes... i just have the internal amp from my head unit. they sound fine, and they match the bass pretty well. not too over powering on the treble.

you'll be happy...kappas are beautiful, and you can always adjust the EQ if you think there's too much treb. I've been told that with a good set of subs and a good component setup in the front that you can do without the 6x9's altogether.

why not have it all? i have a pair of decent subs (audiobahn flame q) ... and like i said, they match it pretty well (although thats not to say i dont plan on hooking them up with a small amp) it depends on if you want the "boom" or if you actually want to hear the words.. and grazi is right.. just adjust them if they dont sound the way you want
