Minor Left Drift Problem
Okay! I know that the left drift problem has been ongoing for awhile now and I can finally say 'GOOD RIDDENS!' I hope... I wasn't for sure if I had the problem from the very begin. I had a minor left drift that I thought was not worth complaining about due to all of problems that others are experience with their local Toyota Service. Anyway, I had taken the car in to Toyota the first time and they told me that the air pressure on the left from tire was low and that should take care of the problem. 'Yea right!' Well, the left drift was still there and we're back to square one. Second visit, Toyota stated that they performed the recommended TSB. OMGosh! It was much worst, as soon as I let go of the steering wheel, 'To the left we go, to the left we go and into the otha lane.' And the steering wheel was not centered, it looked like they did not perform a front end alignment. Well...you get the point. Prior to scheduling the third visit, I contacted the Sales Manager that sold me the car and he said that he would take care of the issue and if it did not get fix, he would speak with the General Manager. Sure enough, 'Third times a charm!' I can honestly say the drive back to work was great and no more left drift. The car is in better shape then before. I hope this helps those who have this problem and are not sure if they should have this looked at. I would recommend it 100%. I hope my Local Toyota Service continues to keep up the good work - Toyota on Nicholasville in KY.
Thanks.
Thanks.
