It is complete set of seats. Driver side is power. Front two seats are in great shape with little blemishes. Back seat is in poor shape but it doesn't really show until you look at them close because of dark color.
It's a great upgrade for any solara.

The shipping is going to cost more than the seats... It's like 50 pound per front seat. Also, if you don't have power seat in the first place, you won't have the connector on the floor that plugs into the seat to power the seat.
