anyone want to install my supercharger? maryland/dc/va ppl?

Postby pro956 » Wed Mar 31, 2004 7:22 pm

hey, i know there's a bunch of marylanders on here that are really good with car performance stuff.
i'm a poor college student (well not super poor, i mean i am keeping up with my car payments), but i've had my supercharger for about a year and a half and i haven't had it installed yet due to the lack of funds

anyway, i'm sick of waiting around and getting enough money to have it installed at a dealer

so--- anyone want to help me out?
maybe you have someone's e-mail or anything that can help me out?

i read about someone having vibration problems and some gadget guy fixing it, so i figure the gadget guy installed his s/c himself

anyone have his contact info?

i have an 02 manual sev6
i have an apexi s-afc II and an upgraded pulley as well, but right now i'm not too concerned about the s-afc and smaller pulley

anyway, thanks for any help
it's much appreciated :)

Hey...

Raycarlo from Waldorf, Md. can install your supercharger. I'm sure he'll charge far less than what the dealer will quote you. He installed his own s/c on his 5spd.

You should install it yourself. Forget paying someone. My friend and I installed mine in 2 hours. It isn't as hard as everyone thinks it is.

2hrs? Wow, it took the Toyota mechanic a lot longer than that to install mine and he has done at least a few of them. Must be nice. -JoeB
