New paint - take a look

I just got my car back from the body shop. This is the "rest" of the job I was referring to when I got the grill painted. Visit my CarDomain page (link at bottom) and take a look (rate it while you're there  ). -JoeB

Wow FLASH, good catch! I'd never seen RussianGuy's car before, cool. I actually got the idea from Rizal. When I was struggling for ideas for the grill, he told me about the 1999 Solara Pace Car here: http://www.velocityjrnl.com/ip/org/708.html. One difference in our cars is I did the mirrors too. Another thing could be the paint color and hood. My hood is a Fiber Images carbon fiber hood. What I did was have the sides of the hood painted to match the car then a clear coat over it. Then I picked Toyota GreyStone paint to closely match the color of the carbon fiber. So although mine looks black, it's actually dark grey. Thanks for the complements, I'm liking it! -JoeB

All together for the hood (just painting it), the grill and the top was $1,800. -JoeB
