Stock talk about the Generation 2 and 2.5 Toyota Solara which was released in 2004-2007

Dont know if you guys saw this...

Solara2004,

I feel for you. My Solara almost became an accident victim a few days ago. Luckily I saw the idiot behind me and moved as far left as I could, and he/she was still within inches of taking out the entire side of my car. :shocked!:

Hopefully your dealer will match the paint. Dealers matching paint, at least down here, is about as common as a blizzard in Death Valley.

Good luck.

thanks guys...
I'm confident it will come out looking good. I think the best place to take it to was the Toyota dealership since they got all the parts in stock mych take them less time to do it and know our cars better than anyone.

well... finally i got the first estimate on the car for $ 7,110.02, which i only have to pay a deductable..they used the database for a 2003 solara becuase the 04 is not available yet. im sure the part prices are just about the same. also there may be other charges for hidden damages not visible now. but thats the update so far... i'll have it back in a couple weeks....
