I'm assuming that DSM is a Plymouth Laser instead of a Eagle Talon? Looks like he swapped out the front and rear bumpers. AWD 6bolt 4G63 with an Hyundai Valve Cover?

No he got the car, when the whole front end was smashed so he got another spare protege and rebuilt it and put on a custom front and rear end, and side skirts. It was completely rebuilt the motor aswell.
