18's for '02 Solara?

Sons looking for black 18 inch wheels for his Solara, but was wondering if he'd have any fitment problems ( rubbing on fenders or strut). The ones he's looking at are 18 X 8, 42 offset, 6.15 Backside. The suspension is stock, might consider modding that down the road. Any info you all can provide would be greatly appreciated. Also with the 18's what do you think the biggest tire I could go with, was considering 225/40's or 235/40's

Thanks

And you might need spacers for at least the rear.

225/40 would be good without any rubbing. 235 won't fit and will look like a fat chick on chesseburgers
