His name is "Solar," Crisp. He's a stuffed bear wearing a Nascar crash helmet. A co-worker brought him back from Mardi Gras a couple of years ago, and he's been riding with me for a while now. He's one of the many items that was thrown from the floats along with the beads and sundries.

Nice! I knew there HAD to be a "story"! We're having heightened patrolling around these parts of Ohio for Memorial Day weekend, including seat belt awareness and increased moving violation stops... you might want to get a booster seat for that little fellow so you comply with safety requirements and small-bodied passengers...

(Of course... with a CRASH HELMET on, perhaps the kind officer will grant you a "pass". )
