that looks good... but not my definition of hellaflush

hellaflush = lip touches fender...or comes close.

With 8.5 rears you need an offset of 35. With rolled fenders or shaved fenders ur good.

But even with this setup its not hellaflush. I would rather work with 8.5 at 215. then maybe an offset of....25

and camber accordingly. But u gots to have coilovers.

Looks really nice. I cant believe how low it is in the back...

I have about a half inch or so gap and I am rubbing. I need to hammer my rear fenders a bit. I have 17's and I rub in the back over bumps or hard corners. Its starting to drive me nuts and is scratching my tires so I need to do it soon.

I almost got the same springs you have but ended up buying tein.

I was gonna skip right over this thread but then I saw CAMRAZY posted last and I knew it was gonna be a lesson learned by the OP.

you don't wanna put the words "hella" and "flush" together around him!

alright, well I haven't much space between my tire and fender...

Anymore flushness would just be retarded... without coilovers

I'm not looking for a show car either,I actually like to DRIVE my car, not let it sit there and look pretty, that'S what it's made for...

Hey man, you get props from me. Some of those cars do get driven regularly though. Many of them are slammed for the show and raised up for daily use.

trust me man. Alot of these hella flush guys roll without rubbing and are dd's. And they would drive it on road trips.

Hellaflush is a style. Its not for all. Its not easy to accomplish on a budget. And you gotta push the envelope. Honestly, if someone actually found it interesting to search "hellaflush and solara," i hope this thread does not pop up. We would be laughed at so hard.

Your car right now is what we called bad fitment. The specs of your setup is rubb-a-dubb-dubb. Unless you stretch and Slam, your no where.

I don't rub anymore, i properly rolled the fenders ( to a 90 degree roll) before i had it at45 degrees. I take a sheet of paper, put it between the fender and the tire, start bouncing the car and the paper never gets stuck: im not rubbing anymore even when i drive hard. anyways, ive got a camber kit coming in too...

yeah... no google search to this thread... loll

and why bad fittment, I think it looks sick and lots can agree, its nowhere near the coilover setups but I`ve accomplished something and im proud of it.

You're more flush than most Solaras. Heck, you're more flush than me.
So that's cool. Hellaflush is still distant from what you have.
That doesn't mean you shouldn't be happy with what you've got.

Sorry for the revival, but I just googled "hellaflush solara" to peep that picture of the slammed gen2 and this was the first thing that popped up
