This was the interior in my white car:

Black interior swap, Sparco Torinos on custom brackets, Defi gauges & controller custom mounted where the clock was, Sparco harnesses (never actually used since they were not mounted correctly), Sparco floor mats, etc. The Sparco stuff is a little ricey looking back now, especially the harnesses, but it was pretty clean and simple IMO.
My six point Cusco bolt-in cage arrives from Japan for my 240 tomorrow, actually. It's pretty stupid to have a cage in a street car, especially with stock seats, since all it provides is a place to hit your head if you are in a collision. It is also stupid to run a harness that is not routed and bolted correctly, or you get to do some awesome submarining and compress your spine!

I'm taking my chances with the cage, though. It might get moved out of the street car and over to my new drift shell eventually.
Now- a cage in a Solara? It might look cool if done right, but would for sure be pretty pointless unless the car had some SERIOUS work done to it. Running 13s in an otherwise stock Solara interior with a cage might be sort of lame, IMO. But to each their own!
