yea I know people have always been saying you need at least 17's...but I'd figure if someone has those rim specs to test to see if it clears, then you got one customer here happy to buy this Supra TT kit :)

The cost of aluminum is up, and the cost of the hardware included with the kit also went up substantially.

They look great. GLWS. Also, the kind of 17's you have will also make a difference. I have the D2's on my gen2 and the rims barely clear the calipers (like paper-thin clearance) so that I had to get spacers in the front for it. Enjoy!

The price of Aluminum actually dropped compared to 3 years ago. Aluminum has been relatively constant and cheap compared to other metals.

^^well, inflation is up, driving the dollar down...leading to your dollar bill buying less imported aluminum than before.

Are you saying my price is too high? KillaKam asked me a question and I answered it honestly based off what my machinist told me. Your response sounds like you do not believe my answer to his question. Please do not post in the for sale threads unless you have some genuine interest in these brackets. Either buy them or don't.
thanks

I have no opposition of what price you sell your stuff at all! I am just stating the fact that the price of aluminum did not go up compared to 3 years ago. It was around 1.25$/lb and now it's below 1.20$/lb. Plus, how much of aluminum can there be in those brackets anyways? So I don't think the price of aluminum has any significant meaning in the price of these brackets.

They are nice though. I might get a set from you in the summer if you still have any left.

^ i realized that a bit after, if you guys use the dual piston calipers as well you'll need to grind down some of the caliper bracket, nothing serious. now that i think about it, i have to re grind that clip now that i put new clips in :( whatever the price of aluminum these are worth it!
