The front rotors are sold. I still have the front brake caliper brackets, and the rear rotors. The rear rotors will fit under your stock 16" wheels, but when installing the front setup it will require at least a 17" rim

I have a set of Camry Wagon rear brake caliper brackets that are needed for the use of the rotors I have listed as well. Your gen 3 caliper will bolt right up on these brackets and makes it a complete bolt on application. If you have a Solara you will need a Gen 3 Camry rear brake caliper as well to complete this setup, as the Gen 3 caliper is larger than the Solara Gen 1.
