I noticed what looks like a nut on the bottom of the strut body - are these adjustable damping?

I believe the nut is to hold the strut cartridge to the strut housing.

Hey guys,

I know I said it already, but this is such a great deal for these struts even without the springs! Now that I have been driving my car for a couple weeks with them installed, they truly are awesome. Ride quality hasn't really been diminished. It is a bit stiffer, but it doesn't rattle your teeth and it is still very comfortable. Throw it into a turn and you can REALLY feel the difference. The car is planted and goes where it needs to.

If you have the money and have been wanting to upgrade your struts, BUY THESE! This is the highest quality you can go before getting coil overs.

Ok, I'm done pimpin' for Greg now!

That's why I have no sympathy for these people who say they can't find a job. "Whatcha mean you can't find a job? I've got TWO. What's YOUR problem?" :bad-words:
