Whats the difference between stock side skirt and body kit?

IDK whats the difference. Is it very obvious? Or is it just a little closer to the ground?

Not completely sure, since the convertible skirts were made to hide the extra metal reinforcement built into the vert chassis.

I didn't know that. Comparing some pictures on the forum to the original TRD skirts I noticed there wasn't much difference though I'd bet there is. I'll post a pic of my ride in order to show an example.
