TSW REVO 17"/50% tread left for $300. Good deal?

I have an offer for $300 (local pick up) for a set of 17" TSW REVO rims and tires with about 50% tread left. No side wall cracks or signs of detariation. Two of the rims have a little curb rash. Is this a good deal?
