I would love factory radio control on the steering wheel.

Is it possible? What year and model of Camry do you think will fit?

All of the functional stuff that fits on the steering column meaning, the turn signal assembly, the spiral cable assembly and the actual steering wheel from a 2002 Solara slid right onto the steering column of my 1988 Corolla GTS.

Given that information, I think the chances that any wheel from another Toyota would probably fit. So look for another Toyota that has volume controls on it.

That is, however, only one data point, so I could be wrong. Also, it is up to you to connect the wiring in from below the steering wheel.

Finally, the upper and lower column covers did not fit in my Corolla which may or may not be your case.

Good luck.
