ok i am putting a list together ,and i know about the idler pulleys one and 2 , but what about the timing belt tensioner ? on the bottom of the belt ,i most likely will replace that unit too

You probably don't have to replace the tensioner. The instructions say to compress it and stick something in the hole to keep it from expanding again. The after you install, you remove the "something." I used a small Allen wrench. It should take quite a bit of force to compress it. I believe I used a vice. But if you can measure the force and it is within spec, there is no reason to replace it. I don't recall what the spec is, but I will try to look it up and post it. My guess is, that you don't need to replace it.
